John A. Johnson is an experienced educator with a decade of service. He began his career in education in 2014 at T.J. Rusk Middle School in the Dallas Independent School District (DISD), where he taught Texas and U.S. History and served as the head football coach. In 2017, he demonstrated his adaptability by moving to Seagoville High School, where he taught Social Studies until 2019 when he took on the role of Workplace Learning Coordinator at Seagoville P-TECH. He was recently named as Assistant Principal of North Lake ECHS and is ready for the challenge of a stand-alone early college high school.
